Veinteañera: Divorciada y Fantástica

"Similar to 'Cindy la regia', 'Veinteañera, divorciada y fantástica' is a Mexican comedy starring a woman in the process of self-discovery and maturity. Just like its "cousin", the comedy 'Treintona, soltera y fantástica', it is a movie that breaks expectations around marriage and couple life, for a generation (Millennials, in this case) in which divorces and the decision not to get married are increasingly common. Beyond delving into the subject, the script uses it as a starting point for a series of comic situations in which the protagonist, interpreted by Paulina Goto (from the telenovela 'Niña de mi corazón'), advances towards her own maturity and independence. The cast is completed by familiar faces from Mexican comedy cinema in recent years, such as Vadhir Derbez ('Como si fuera la primera vez'), Giselle Kuri ('Diablero') and Natalia Téllez ('En las buenas y en las malas')."
