Overwhelmed, he makes an extreme decision: to die to absolve his family of their debts... except that, in reality, he faked everything to escape and start anew, an act that will come back to haunt him over the years. Although Rest in Peace (Descansar en paz) loses some momentum in its final act, the film's theme and cast are enough to keep it interesting until the end."
