"Robert Rodriguez returns to command action productions with children in 'We Can Be Heroes'. The film also marks the return of Sharkboy and Lavagirl, who were the protagonists of one of the director's productions in 2005 - in fact, 'The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D' was one of the first feature films released in 3D within the modern "revival" of the format. The production shows the children of the greatest heroes on Earth having to forces to face the aliens that have invaded the planet. 'We Can Be Heroes' speaks about the importance of diversity and the weight of responsibilities."
